Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is most often done one-to-one. It's a whole-person approach to improve health & wellness, integrating yoga philosophy, breath, & asana into your daily life experience. Sessions can include: yoga therapy for overall health, for vocal health for health of the teacher's voice, for general or performance anxiety.​

"Actor's Connection to Movement"- Find greater ease in singing, speaking, movement. Create movement from your own inner experience. Let go of habits that hinder. Discover a better way to perform using the whole self.
“Gentle Yoga for Performers”- Learn how yoga, meaning yoke or connection, can be brought into aspects of performance. Explore ways to bring elements of yoga into your daily life.

"Yoga for Performance Anxiety"- Explore how to find moments of calm before, during, & after a performance. Understand how anxiety manifests in the body, (high blood pressure, pulse rate, rapid breathing, inability to focus) and know that not all anxiety is bad- butterflies before a performance, getting psyched to perform.
